Philipp Artur Kienscherf joined as an Affiliated Researcher in 2019 and is a Senior Research Consultant since 2022. His focus lies on decentralization and digitalization of energy systems, as well as the application of modern computer-based approaches in various applications within the energy field. Before joining EWI, Philipp Artur Kienscherf studied Business Administration and Engineering: Electric Power Engineering/Electric Energy Technology at RWTH Aachen University. After that, he was as a research associate and PhD candidate in the information systems department of University of Cologne.
