Michaele Diehl is a Research Associate at the EWI and a doctoral candidate at the University of Cologne. Her area of research lies in the natural gas market and the hydrogen market ramp-up. Methodologically, her main focus is on modelling energy systems, in particular the European gas and hydrogen infrastructure. Before joining the EWI, Michaele Diehl studied Economics at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Technology Sydney (Australia).
