Summer School “Applied Microeconomics” July 25th – 29th, 2016 in Cologne, Germany
The IPaK-Project and the Institute of Energy Economics (EWI) at the University of Cologne, Germany, will host a five day international summer school on "Applied Microeconomics" for international as well as German students. The goal of the summer school is to broaden and strengthen the international relationship between research institutions, enable future research collaboration and provide early stage independent researchers with a tool set in applied microeconomics.

Kick-Off Seminars of the ewi Topic Networks in March 2016
From March 01 to 02, 2016 the Kick-off Seminars of the ewi Topic Networks took place at EWI. We discussed current issues of the three topic networks ‘European Electricity Market’, ‘Natural Gas’ and ‘Decentralized Electricity Production’ and their relevance for the current energy economic year with our network partners. Interesting presentations given by ewi researchers as well as several guest speakers were intensively discussed.
